Pay Upfront
Pay the actual cost of the goods plus a 10% process fee (costs min 3,00 €). If you wish a pick up we charge a minimum fee of 20,00 €, if higher costs occur we will discuss with you beforehand.

A Personal Shopper Will Take Action
After your payment has arrived our concierge will take action and initiate the purchase, payment or pick up process. You can track the status of the process in your customer account. This is also where you can adjust options or cancel the concierge order.

Get It Delivered
Your items can be delivered to your myGermany address or directly to your home.
We can help you get the German products you always wanted!
Concierge Service with eBay?
Of course, you can get your won auctions or Buy-it-now purchases delivered to myGermany.
We take over the entire payment and/or pick up processes for you. Just select the
eBay option in the Concierge Form.
myGermany Cannot Bid
Please consider that myGermany cannot BID for you. That means : You do the bidding and we do the rest ?
myGermany Cannot Return
Please also mind, eBay is also a private sales platform, hence, there’s no compulsory right of return. For this reason, in some cases myGermany cannot arrange for return shipments when it comes to private purchases made via eBay. For private sales, such as Ebay-Kleinanzeigen, we do not take over liability.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you buy (= buy it now) or bid for me on goods on eBay?
Bid = No.
Buy-it-now and payments for your purchase = Yes.
myGermany can not bid because of several constrains bur predominantly because of time issues. But myGermany can execute the Buy-it-now or payments for you.
Please note that eBay is a private sales platform and therefore you have no right of returning the goods. That means that myGermany also does not coordinate any return.
How much does the Concierge Service & Pick up Service cost?
Our fees are just 10% of the order value (costs min 3,00 €) for the Concierge Service and 20,00 € standard fee for the Pick up Service (if higher pick-up costs occur, we will discuss with you before executing the pick up).
Can I use discount codes?
Of course, just let us know in the description section in our Concierge Form.
Can you arrange for Pick-up Service in Germany?
Yes. We handle the whole communication, payment and pick up if demanded. Please mind that articled need to be packed by the seller. Please also note that some articles are not in condition for an international transport, myGermany will check that upfront.
We charge a 20,00 € standard fee for the Pick up Service (if higher pick-up costs occur, we will discuss with you before executing the pick up).

How long does an concierge or pick up order take?
Generally it is executed on the same day or takes up to two days maximum. You will be informed by email and in your customer account about every step.

Best is, you share the contact details of the sender / place where to be picked up. Based on your data we will propose options within 24h.

Use our PickUp-Portal – let us know what to be picked up at what address, provide us all relevant shipping information and documents, and we will pick up at your place and ship directly worldwide. You can select between several shipping methods – from Economy to Express.
