We ship your parcel fast, insured, traceable & door-to door with Express or Economy services of DHL, FedEx or UPS. We use land, air or sea routes for your packages or pallets.

We repack your parcel for free, if either the original packaging turns out to be unstable, or you consolidate multiple orders.
We prepare customs documents and declarations and take over the export & import clearance (customs handling).
We ship your parcel fast, insured and door-to door with the express or premium services. Shipments outside the EU are declared under Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place, named place of destination).
For each package we provide a tracking code and a status overview in your account, which allows you to monitor the status of your parcels in real time.

Do you Repack or Consolidate my parcel?
Yes, we repack and consolidate for free. We use our own strong packaging material and 2-wavy cardboards.
How is the goods description concluded for the Customs Declaration / Customs Papers?
myGermany generates these data. You will need to enter data such as description and value in the Expected-Box, so that myGermany can assign incoming parcels to your order. We take your data, improve and create the customs documents. Please make understandable and truthful statements to avoid any misunderstanding.
Can myGermany remove Invoices and Invoice-related documents?
Yes. You can select these options in your account. Remove documents from incoming parcels and upload your own documents for outgoing parcels.
Can you arrange for Pick-up Service in Germany?
Of curse! myGermany executes entire communication, payment and even picks up if required. It might be, that some articles are not in condition for an international transport, we will check that before we will be active. We charge a minimum standard fee of 20,00 € for the pick up service (if higher pick-up costs occur, we will discuss with you before executing the pick up).
Do you provide Photographs of my items/parcels?
Yes, we take pictures of each incoming parcel for Premium and Business members. Please check our memberships here. A Detailed Pictures option is available in your account.
